  • Proactive customer communication to facilitate internal change management regarding product, infrastructure, maintenance, and upgrades of RightNow solutions
  • Quarterly service reviews to help optimize and improve customer operations
  • Single point of contact for incident and escalation management
  • Delivery support and assistance with report development
  • Quarterly tune-ups to help identify and mitigate risks before they become a threat
  • Free RightNow Summit registration for up to five customer contacts

  • A PCAS dedicated to your account for 40 hours per week—a full-time remote extension of your staff!
  • PCAS technical on-site (customer site) kick-off meeting to meet team, review team deliverables
  • Weekly status calls
  • Proactive customer communication to facilitate internal change management regarding product, infrastructure, maintenance, and upgrades of RightNow solutions
  • Quarterly service reviews to include one or more members of RightNow’s executive team to help optimize and improve customer operations
  • Single point of contact for incident and escalation management
  • Monthly tune-ups to help identify and mitigate risks before they become a threat
  • One hosted RightNow corporate visit coordinated during duration of PCAS contract
