Available APIs Include:

  • Add-In Framework provides clients with the ability to extend the reach of the RightNow agent desktop. The framework allows .NET developers to write custom code that can be deployed to a site, interface, and account profile.
  • Web Services for SOAP is RightNow's flagship data integration API. This API is an open and standards-based API that allows for full create, read, update, and delete (CRUD) capabilities of data stored within the RightNow CX platform. The API is based on industry-leading standards such as WSDL 1.1 and SOAP 1.1.
  • PHP API is an alternative to the Web Services for SOAP. RightNow Connect PHP API enables developers and integrators to access and leverage the CX platform for developing custom applications and integrations. Supported by RightNow Custom Objects, the PHP API allows for full create, read, update and delete (CRUD) capabilities of data stored within the RightNow CX platform.
  • JavaScript API is a desktop integration API that allows for integrations to be built between a RightNow workspace (incident, contact, etc.) and a web application.
